Liz has not left her Berlin apartment in over a year due to agoraphobia, panic attacks, and recurring nightmares. Guided by the unconventional Dr. Sommer, who blends exposure therapy with video self-taping, she faces small triumphs – rewarding herself with designer dresses – and setbacks that nearly push her over the edge.
