Pau Segura Alonso is a film director from L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, born into a working-class family, who specialises in social, psychological and auteur cinema. After training at Cinema en Curs and Plató de Cinema, he has worked as a cameraman on advertising projects, short films and stock footage. He has also been part of the production team on numerous fiction projects and directed the documentary "Cultura de origen Andaluz" in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, projects which he balances with his work as a voice actor and the creation of scripts for immersive experiences. He is expanding his professional career in the film distribution sector and, whilst currently coordinating the Bellvitge Film Forum, is in the process of distributing "Ascesis", his first fiction short film as a director.
